We handle QS for residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure (roads, tunnels, metro, bridges), institutional and MEPF projects, from small residential BOQs to billion-dollar international infrastructure programmes.

Our team is experienced in NRM 1 & 2, CESMM4, ARM4, POMI, Australian SMM, QSMM, SMM7 and IS 1200, covering India, UK, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Canada, plus CPWD, DSR and SOR formats for Indian government projects.

Traditional takeoff is manual measurement from 2D drawings. BIM-based QTO uses the 3D model directly in software like Revit or CostX to extract quantities automatically, giving faster turnaround, fewer errors, and full traceability to every model element.

Yes. The majority of our QS work is delivered remotely to clients in Australia, UK, Canada, USA and the Gulf. We receive drawings securely, work across time zones, and deliver outputs in your preferred format.
