A large manufacturing client building out a multi-building production campus near Chennai needed design development support that could track the project from early design through construction and into as-built documentation, across seventeen separate buildings.

The challenge

Seventeen buildings needed consistent design development support across different construction phases at the same time.
Structural analysis had to keep pace with a fast-moving industrial construction programme.
Design information needed to stay accurate and usable from concept through to as-built record drawings.
A single manufacturing campus of this scale needed one coordinated design approach rather than building-by-building silos.

Provided design development support across all seventeen buildings, working from early design intent through detailed design.
Carried out structural analysis to validate design decisions against the manufacturing programme requirements.
Tracked each building through its own construction phase while keeping design documentation consistent campus-wide.
Delivered as-built documentation once construction was complete, closing the loop from design to record.
