We deliver engineering and documentation rather than construction. That means structural design, MEPF engineering, medical gas and life safety systems, and coordinated BIM models, from feasibility through to as built handover. Clinical planning is usually led by the architect and we engineer around it.

Infection control is largely an airflow problem. We design pressure cascades between clean and dirty zones, set air change rates and filtration levels for operating theatres, isolation rooms and ICUs, and separate supply and extract routes so contaminated air is not recirculated across departments.

The National Building Code 2016 governs fire and egress, IS 456 and IS 1893 cover structure and seismic design, and medical gas pipeline systems follow ISO 7396.
